Fall Frenzy Vendor Information

The FALL FRENZY  is an outdoor market open to the public. It takes place at Pine Hills Nursery on October 4th & 5th from 9AM – 3PM.

We are limiting spaces in each category. Vendors will be selected by whomever fills out the application first and pays their vendor fee. All spaces are non-refundable. Event is rain or shine.

To become a vendor, complete the registration form below. We will contact you within a few days if you have been selected.

FAQ

  • Food & Craft Vendors are Eligible 
  • Craft Booth: $100 per 10×10 space.
  • Food vendor: $150 per 10×20 space.
  • There will be no spaces under the pavilion for craft vendors. This space will be used for picnic tables and eating.
  • Space assignment will be provided the day of the event.
  • Vendors can setup as early as 7:00AM. Setup must be completed by 8:30AM. No early bird setup or sales.
  • Day prior setup will be allowed from 4PM-6PM.
  • Merchandise that is for sale needs to be priced.
  • Vendors are responsible for payment method/s of their choice. There is no ATM on-site.
  • Vendors are responsible for wrapping, bagging, etc. All merchandise sold on must be picked up by 3PM on Saturday and Sunday. Pine Hills Nursery cannot store merchandise that is left behind.
  • All spaces should be left clean and trash free

Once we have received your completed registration form and you have been selected, you may pay your fee via Venmo (@PineHillsNursery.com) or buy calling the nursery and paying by credit card. * Please send pictures or describe items that you plan to sell. *

Electricity is not provided (except outlets may be provided for extension cords for food vendors). All Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs. Vendors shall provide their own tents if desired. Please no pets (except service animals are welcome).
